great location delicious breakfast helpful staff small room limited counter noisy air conditioning

the location were superb. it were close to many attractions. the breakfast each morning were delicious with a good selection. the staff always tried to assist us.

the room I was assigned were smaller than expected. the bathroom had limited counter space. the air conditioning made noises at night, irritating.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was a great amenity. the breakfast was excellent (i especially loved the pastries!). i also found the executive twin room spacious for my family. water and snacks were provided daily. the staff gave excellent recommendations for local dining.

the lights in the corridors are voice-activated. sometimes, they didn't respond immediately.

comfortable beds japanese toilet efficient concierge

the beds were comfortable. a great japanese toilet was also available in the room. concierge service was helpful and efficient.

the shower area had a poor design. it seemed less functional and inconvenient to use. i think they were attempting to make it accessible, but it did not work.
